Challenge

  • Once Upon Our Time Capsule, a new non-profit organization, was interested in building capacity for measuring the impact of its youth programs.

Solution

  • The Lab supported the team by advising on survey language to measure the program’s key outcomes. We also conducted a thorough analysis of student survey data to track the program’s early outcomes.

Results

  • We produced a report of the OUOTC’s survey findings, giving them an accurate picture of their strengths and areas for growth. The findings enabled the organization to share its successes with partners and funders. They also drew on the findings to identify strategic areas to improve and achieve its goals.
